About Big Bloc Development Co., Ltd.
Big Bloc Development Co., Ltd. is a Phuket-based property developer focused on low-rise residential developments designed for everyday living.
The company’s portfolio includes Wales Valley in Si Sunthon, a residential development combining townhomes, semi-detached houses and detached homes within a landscaped community. The project introduces Modern Tudor-inspired architecture alongside contemporary layouts and shared green spaces.
While the current legal entity was incorporated in 2022, Big Bloc states that its business was established in 2020. The company positions its residential developments around practical living, community, technology and environmental considerations, with a focus on housing designed for Phuket residents and modern lifestyles.
For prospective buyers, Rowmere assesses each Big Bloc development and individual property independently. Location, construction quality, property configuration, ownership structure, completion status, communal management and ongoing ownership costs should all be considered alongside the developer’s wider track record.

Where they build
